For TracoApp, an expense tracking app, I set up a custom workspace in Monday.com. This included automated workflows to streamline task tracking, as well as integrated survey forms for gathering feedback and data. The setup improved team collaboration, reduced manual follow-up, and ensured that every phase of the app’s development stayed on track.
